What information we hold about you
If you have bought something from us we will have your email address, phone number, address. Information is only used to help us deliver the parcels and contact you.
We may use your information to occasionally send you our newsletter and special offers. You can opt-out of this at any time by logging into your account or by replying “Unsubscribe” to a newsletter.

We hate SPAM too!
We NEVER exchange, sell or otherwise give away your email address to other companies.
Your email address is used solely by yourself, for purposes of logging into your account, and us for emailing you regarding your orders and to update you with our newsletter.

Accounts
We also maintain an order history of your purchases. This allows you and us to track your deliveries and review your past purchases.
You can change your account information, at any time.
You can request closure of your account at any time by emailing us; however, please note that your identification information may remain in our records for some period.

Credit Card Details
We use a secure payment gateway that is not on our servers. The payment gateway processes and handles your credit card and financial information. We do not have access to these records.

Cookies
Cookies are small amounts of data sent to your web browser by a web server. They cannot harm your machine in any way as they are small text files with simple information in them. You can see them as small text files inside your 'Temporary Internet Files' folder in Windows. Our cookies keep track of the items in your shopping basket and act as place markers when you move around the site. There is no personally identifiable information in a cookie file.

Who else sees your information
We will have to disclose some of your delivery information to service suppliers to help complete your order. These suppliers include Royal Mail, DHL, TNT, Parcel Line, and City-Link and other courier services.
